Returns & Cancelations

Should you wish to to cancel your order we have a 48 hour cancelation policy, please note after this period it is not possible to cancel the order as a stock item would have been sent out for delivery or a made-to-order item has been sent into production. 

Returns are not possible for made-to-order items.

Please email info@silocrafts.com within 48 hours of placing your order referencing your order number should you wish to cancel.
